Customer Terms & Conditions of Usage
Interpretation
- “Order” for this purpose – refers to the items/goods selected for purchase by an individual.
- “Merchant/Store” for this purpose – refers to the company which provides items/goods displayed on Wells Wheels Delivery Service.
- “Privacy Policy” for this purpose – refers to the manner in which Wells Wheels will handle an individual’s personal/confidential information obtained during the registration process.
Orders
- It is required that you review all the information related to your order(s) before confirming/finalizing the order(s).
- Foreigners/Nationals utilizing the services of Wells Wheels are required to make available either a local number or, if you’re having a foreign number, it should be on WhatsApp, so that the delivery men/women/merchants can establish contact with you.
- If there are any special instructions for the delivery personal you may place those in the slot allocated for same.
- The unauthorized use of any payment method (credit cards) will result in immediate termination/deletion of your account and further disciplinary actions.
- It is preferrable that you register with a WhatsApp contact number since it’s an online based service (optional).
Pick Up/Uplifting
- Individuals who have placed an order for pick up/upliftment would be required to approach the pickup station/area and present their order which is displayed on the application (Lineup is not required).
- It is required that persons who would have placed an order for this classification/type, to arrive at the pickup destination no sooner than the stipulated time of the order preparation/availability
Delivery
- Orders will be updated to inform you that your order has arrived at its intended location.
- Upon/Before arriving at the drop off location the delivery personal in most cases will attempt to make contact with you so, kindly have your mobile devices at the ready.
- In cases where the delivery personal is unsuccessful in contacting you on your device, they will wait an additional 3minutes before either leaving the item in an area deemed to be safe and then leave the location or leaving your location with the order.
- Undelivered items will be held by the rider for an additional 15minutes and customers desirous of having rider return to their initial location would be required to pay an additional delivery charge which would have to be paid in cash to the delivery personnel. Note: During these 15mins of holding, Wells Wheels will not be held responsible for any irregularities which may occur with your order(s).
Refunds
- When an order is confirmed and payment is processed, that section of the order is made final. Refunds may be granted if:
- Restaurant/Store packs the wrong order.
- Order is undelivered for some reason.
Preparation & Packaging
- Wells Wheels is an online ordering & delivery-based service thus, we do not take the responsibility for the preparation and packaging of meals. We are only responsible for the ordering platform and the prompt delivery of your items. Once your order(s) are packaged properly, we will ensure it arrives unblemished.
